UThrive Full Service: High School
UThrive's Full-Service for High School students provides a structured approach to early career planning by aligning personal interests and personality traits with potential career paths. The service includes expert insight into each recommended role, including: daily responsibilities, growth outlook, salary expectations, and typical promotion timelines. A customized undergraduate strategy is developed by outlining suggested majors, target schools, and even recommended minors where appropriate. Key academic benchmarks such as GPA targets, internship prep, and project planning are also addressed. The plan concludes with a thorough review of companies currently hiring for roles in the student’s areas of interest, ensuring academic choices are connected to real-world opportunities. This service is designed to provide clarity and direction as students prepare for the transition to higher education and long-term career success.

UThrive Full Service: Undergraduate
UThrive's Full-Service for Undergrads begins with evaluating current academic performance to determine alignment with intended career goals. This includes reviewing the student’s declared major, analyzing their stated objectives, and the reassessment of the academic and extracurricular strategy supporting those goals. The plan also determines if the student is on a competitive track for success in their target job market. Professional development is a key focus for this service; deliverables include resume refinement, internship planning, and a single mock interview to strengthen real-world readiness. Additional guidance covers job fair strategy, relevant project planning, and an overview of companies actively hiring within the student’s chosen field. The service is designed to equip students with a structured, actionable path toward achieving post-graduate career success while taking a step closer to achieving their goals.
